The little-big changes in the porfolio looks amazing, and the new mixed character is stunning. It reminded me of a question I wanted to ask you: what do you think of the new Batman: The Caped Crusader series?
Thank you, Jose! :-) About Caped Crusader: I'll be honest... I'm a little disappointed. Although the art direction and pre-production work are wonderful, I think they've fallen a little behind in terms of drawing and animation quality, I'm afraid due to budgetary issues.
But they wouldn't be important to me if they had truly innovated or taken strong risks. I think they've fallen a little short in that sense. I don't think its tone is that far from the original series. I'm not crazy about the reinterpretations of some characters, either.
Personally, I'm left with some moments in which they've captured the spirit of the golden age of Hollywood well, that sword fight, that homage to Karloff and Rathbone... also to 3 important Robins in Batman's history... It's still a great series, but the expectations were too high :-) Season 2 confirmed, which is great!
